Renamed ttydrv and x11drv to winetty.drv and winex11.drv respectively to follow the namespace conventions and make it clear that they are drivers and not dlls. Moved the graphics driver configuration to HKLM\Software\Wine\Drivers.

Rewrote handling of COM and LPT devices to use symlinks in $WINEPREFIX/dosdevices, with suitable defaults if the symlinks are missing. Rewrote QueryDosDevice and DefineDosDevice to use the new scheme. Added temporary code to create the symlinks based on the contents of the config file.

Added "*" wildcard entry to DllOverrides to replace DllDefaults section; this way it can also be specified on a per-app basis. Removed compiled-in defaults for dlls mentioned in the sample config. Update man page.
